The Expected Start Date is the date you expect to start putting money aside towards the bills that you wish to budget for. This field must be completed for BillsManager to calculate your budget, your cashflow and how much you should pay into your bank account to cover your bills. Typically you will choose a date on or close to the date you are paid each week or month.
